School History

•January 1947 : Established as the Waian Branch School of Neian Elementary School.

•August 1956 : Officially established as an independent institution, renamed Waian Elementary School (under the six-year compulsory education system).

•August 1968 : Restructured as Waian Elementary School following the implementation of the nine-year compulsory education national program.
